The mezzanine had a total floor area of approximately 670 ft2, and a wall supported by a series of prefabricated steel support shoes onto the existing building’s masonry piers. The mezzanine floor’s design and appearance had to be in keeping with the building, featuring a historic light industrial look.

PRO Structures also liaised with the Council’s listed building architect and building control department for sign off purposes of this structure.
